First IG Live from her new home
Grace went live on IG for 25 minutes. The first time from her own place.
She was “in a singy mood" and had just “remembered the existence of ‘You’re So Beautiful’ recently. That’s a good ass song." She started singing it (at 7:58 in the video) but interrupted herself several times and then gave up – she wasn´t satisfied with how she sounded. She then tried to sing “Killing me softly" (at 11:18 in the video), but again gave up.
She talked about her new song “Lion’s Den": “It’s really good It’s really good, but it’s really sad, a little bit of a downer. It’s sad, tragic, crying alone in the middle of your room existential crisis really sad – vibe. I am worried that people will be worried about me. I am fine, everything is OK,"I am actually a very happy person. Maybe that’s why I empty up all the built-up sadness into my music, and just make the fucking saddest, almost borderline concerning. She played a good part of the song from her computer (starting at 18:23 in the video). About the beginning of the song, she said: “It’s like driving in your car, feeling so …. Like playing Liability by Lorde and sobbing.". There was some lagging in the playback and a few pauses along the way where she commented. She was “Very nervous if people are going to like it".
