Melbourne-based creative Mike Waters only began writing music at the age of 26. Having spent years working in the corporate world it came as a complete shock to his colleagues, friends and family when Mike Waters casually revealed he had secretly been writing songs in his bedroom. His first demo pricked the interest of music industry types both locally and internationally. Since then, he has been busy writing more material and playing intimate gigs around Melbourne. Note: In the allmusic catalog, Mike is credited for writing for Clearly, but the artist listed is not Grace, but Norwegian singer Amanda Rusti who sang the song on The Voice Norway in 2019. She got as far as the semifinals.
